Options for Cutthroat, Montana, and Parshall Flumes

Here are some options, to enhance that flume
There is a push by the western states to require the use of metering, electronic measuring devices, and data loggers to track irrigation water usage.  This has been bubbling under the surface for a long while and many jurisdictions are now beginning to enforce existing regulations, or implement new regulations.

A flume, by nature, provides a controlled water surface that is related to a specific quantity of water.  This attribute can provide excellent results when a pressure transducer or other devise is used in conjunction with a flume.

  1. Outlet, a pipe fitting for a stilling well.
  2. A stilling well.
  3. Pressure transducers mounted either in the stilling well or elsewhere on the flume.
  4. Other electronic measuring devices and data loggers.
  5. Mounting brackets and hardware to mount various electronic devices.
  6. Solar, battery, or 120/240 volt, to power the electronics.

We can help you select from multiple options and provide a system customized to your needs.
